Terms of treatment
What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
Appointments
We hold your appointment time for you. If you cannot come, tell us as early as you can and we will offer the slot to somebody on the cancellation list — most of whom are in pain.
Fees
We will tell you what a treatment costs before it starts, and we will tell you again if the plan changes. Nothing is done that you have not agreed to.
Missed appointments
A missed appointment is a chair nobody could use. We do not charge for the first one.
Your records
We keep your clinical record for as long as the law requires — see the privacy notice, which says exactly how long and why.
